Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all sales agreements between Pelletterie ABL Srl hereinafter referred to as "Rebelle" and the online Buyers (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER") on the website www.rebelleftc.com (hereinafter referred to as "SITE") and have to define the discipline of purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and available on the SITE itself through Internet, according to Italian regulations. These conditions can be modified and the publication date on the website is equivalent to the date of coming into effect.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
With the following general conditions of sale, Rebelle sells and CUSTOMER buys remotely tangible movable goods shown and offered for sale on the SITE. The contract concludes exclusively itself through Internet, by the Client Access at www.rebelleftc.com and the realization of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure provided by the SITE itself.
The client agrees to inspect the present general conditions of sale, prior to confirmation of your order, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by Rebelle and to accept them by affixing a flag in the indicated box.
REGISTRATION
In order to use the Service or any part of it, CUSTOMER must register by providing all the data required in the registration form in a truthful and complete way and fully accept the privacy policy and these terms and conditions. CUSTOMER has the responsibility to keep its own login credentials.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Each order represents an offer for the purchase of products. Orders depend on the availability and the acceptance of the Rebelle. CUSTOMER must select the products and make the check-out, after checking carefully and possibly after modifying the information contained in the order summary. The order is made by the confirmation of the same and depends to payment of the price, taxes and shipping costs indicated in the order summary form. The Receipt of processing an order doesn’t constitute the acceptance of the order. The conclusion of the contract equals to the time of the Order Confirmation by the Rebelle to the email address provided by the CUSTOMER. The Rebelle reserves the right not to confirm an order by communicating it the CUSTOMER within 20 days from the purchase, writing to the email address associated with the purchase and explaining the unavailability of one or more purchased products. In this case the Rebelle will refund the price of shipping charges incurred by the CUSTOMER.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of the products refers to the actual availability at the moment of the order. This availability is indicative, depending on the simultaneous presence of multiple CUSTOMERS on the SITE; products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before confirming the order. Even after sending the e-mail order confirmation sent by Rebelle, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically modified with the elimination of the product unavailable and the CUSTOMER will receive a notify immediately via e-mail. If the CUSTOMER requires the cancellation of the order, within 24 hours from the purchase of products, solving the contract, Rebelle will refund the amount paid within two days from the day of customer's decision to end the contract. Prices, descriptions or availability of the products on display are subject to change without notice. Photos posted is for information only and constitutes no guarantee of product quality.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
The Order is executive in the terms specified in the summary page and in the email order confirmation, subject to the availability of the product purchased. The Rebelle is not responsible for damages due to delivery and conditions that not depends on unpredictable circumstances by the parties at the time of the Order Confirmation.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS
All the selling prices of the products indicated on SITE are expressed in Euros and include VAT and taxes. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but they are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the buying process before payment. The CUSTOMER accepts the right to Rebelle to modify its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices listed on the SITE at the time the order (created and indicated in the email confirmation sent by Rebelle to the CUSTOMER.
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment order must be finalize while placing the order at www.paypal.com. The CUSTOMER can perform an online payment of the price of the Products and the relevant delivery costs by PayPal or by credit card, or in 3 instalments with Klarna or by bank transfer, as indicated on SITE.
PayPal / Credit Card
Once the order is confirmed, the CUSTOMER will be redirected to PayPal's SITE where you can make your payment with your account or using a card, also prepaid, or at least according to accepted methods by Paypal in compliance with the relevant conditions.

DELIVERY
In the following section, the firm Pelletterie ABL Srl is hereinafter referred to as " Rebelle" and the online Buyers from www.rebelleftc.com (hereinafter referred as "SITE") are called "CUSTOMER". Rebelle will only accept orders to be delivered on the Italian territory. Products will be delivered by carrier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order, no later than 15 days from the date of the receipt by the CLIENT of an e-mail order confirmation sent by Rebelle . For every order placed on the SITE, Rebelle emits regular transport document for the goods shipped. The receipt is available and printable in the "My Orders" space of "My account on line" form of the CLIENT. The document will contain the information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase process. After issuing the document, you can not make any changes to the data indicated in the same file. Outside the Italian territory the shipping costs are € 15.00
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of purchase of products or services on the SITE, the CUSTOMER has the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day when the CUSTOMER or a third party - other than the carrier and indicated by the CUSTOMER - acquires the physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is obliged to inform Rebelle of the decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement sent to the contact.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If the CUSTOMER withdraws from the contract, he will be refunded of all payments received in favor of the Rebelle, excluding the cost of delivery without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when the Rebelle is informed of the CUSTOMER's decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the client during the initial transaction, unless the CUSTOMER has expressly agreed otherwise; in every case, the CUSTOMER will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or up to the demonstration by the CUSTOMER of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The CUSTOMER shall send back the goods and deliver them to the Rebelle within 14 days from the day on which the client communicates the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is coincides with the day when the goods are sent back before the expiration of the 14 day period. The costs of returning the goods will be paid by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
LIMITATIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS
Damaged products or used goods, even in part, are not replaced or refunded. The CUSTOMER must put in the packing box a copy of the delivery note received. The right of withdrawal shall not be applied to goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature are liable to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons that are related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IT IS"
The Service is provided by Rebelle "as it is" without expressing or implied warranty for its accuracy or availability.
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
The Rebelle reserves the right to add or remove functionality or features or suspend or stop altogether the provision of the service, either temporarily or finally. In case of definitive interruption, Rebelle will act as possible to enable CUSTOMERS to take the information hosted by the Data.
RESALE OF SERVICE
CUSTOMERS are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the SITE and its services without the expressed permission of the Rebelle, guaranteed directly or through a specific reseller program.
INDEMNITY
The CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify the Rebelle (as well as any company controlled by him or affiliates, representatives, directors, agents, licensees, partners and employees) from any obligation or liability, including any legal fees incurred to defend themselves in court, which may arise in respect of damage caused to other CUSTOMERS or third parties, with regard to online uploaded contents, the violation of the law or the terms of the present conditions of service.
PRIVACY POLICY
For information on the use of personal data, CUSTOMERS should refer to the privacy policy of SITE.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
CUSTOMERS declare to be of age according to the laws of the government. If they are under 18 years old, they may not use the SITE.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Rebelle, within the limits of the applicable law, is liable for contractual and non-contractual damages to CUSTOMERS or third parties only when they are immediate and direct consequence, by intent or gross negligence, of the activity of the SITE. The CUSTOMER shall indemnify and expressly raise Rebelle from any liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in relation to any damages or claims of any type and typically own and / or third parties including direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special damages resulting from lost profits, lost revenues, loss of data or replacement costs resulting from or in any way connected with this agreement. Rebelle assumes no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, malfunctions and disruptions of the Internet, disability to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Rebelle reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, by giving notice publishing within the SITE. CUSTOMERS, who continue to use the SITE following the posting of changes, accept the new Terms without reservation.
ASSIGNMENT
Rebelle reserves the right to transfer, assign, novate or subcontract all or any rights or obligations under these Terms, basing on the fact that the rights of the CUSTOMER are provided herein and not jeopardized. CUSTOMERS may not assign or otherwise transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the written consent of the Rebelle
COMMUNICATIONS
All communications relating to the SITE should be sent using the listed contact information.
NERD
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be eliminated while the remaining provisions will not be influenced by this and will remain effective.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and all disputes relating to the performance, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the Italian laws. The parties agree to donate any dispute, within the limits of applicable legislation, to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts with exclusive jurisdiction identified in the Court of Milan, or in the hole of residence or domicile of the consumer.

The service offered by Rebelle as described by these terms and within the SITE.
CUSTOMER
The natural or legal person using the service.
